Gallbladder Removal: What do I do now?
We are told by doctors and surgeons that we don't need our gallbladder. If that were the case, why do we have one? Your gallbladder does serve a purpose despite the misconceptions we have been given. The gallbladder stores a bile that your body needs to digest fatty food. So what happens when the gallbladder is removed?
Your gallbladder is a store house for the bile your body produces from the liver and regulates the amount delivered to your intestines to digest fatty foods and aid in the absorption of omegas and certain vitamins, such as Vitamins A, D, E and K. When the gallbladder is removed the bile the liver creates goes straight to the intestines. This leaves no excess bile when digesting fatty foods, which can result in weight gain, digestion issues, excess bowel movements, and lack of absorption of vitamins.
So what can you do to aid in your digestion if you do not have that stored up bile? You have to find a way to put in extra bile to digest your foods.
The closest thing to human bile is Ox Bile. It comes in a capsule form sold at both locations of Orbit Health Food Store. When taking this as the bottle directs, your body now has the extra bile it needs to digest foods, omegas and vitamins.
Since your liver is the organ that creates the bile, if you are suffering from liver disease or liver issues, this may be a product you want to consider as well. When the liver is not functioning properly it is unable to produce the bile your body needs to store in the gallbladder, therefore you will need something to provide bile for you. Ox bile is that answer.
If you no longer have your gallbladder, are looking at having your gallbladder removed, simply want to prevent gallstones, suffer from liver disease or have liver issues, this is a product we highly recommend.
